It was the Summer of 83 or 84, hanging out with some Air Force buds on Panama City Beach and she was one of a small group of ladies a few feet away. I never met her; I don’t think I ever even saw her face. I was barely into my 20s, so yeah, I would definitely have to file this in the man-pig category, but as the years go by, now and then I’ll take a look at this one and ponder all the stories and questions my imagination can dream up: Who was she? What was she thinking right at that moment (as the “hot bods” paraded down the beach in front of her)? Where is she and what is she doing today? And just what the hell would she think/say/do if she saw this photo and realized it was her?
